When you contract with ACI, we help build a team of qualified professionals to fulfill the needs of each project for each client. Our in-house staff are experienced in geophysical, LiDAR, faunal, and artifact analysis. ACI also has strong partnerships with outside professionals who specialize in geophysical surveys, LiDAR surveys, advanced faunal analysis, and specialized artifact analysis, who can be brought onto teams whenever needed. This team is led by our senior staff, who meet and exceed the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Qualifications for professionals working in the field of historic preservation. Our services play a key role in the environmental planning phase of construction projects, including roadways, residential development, re-development, utilities, and natural resource extraction, as per local, state, and federal regulations.
ACI services are designed to comply with Section 106 of the NHPA and NEPA related to their requirements for cultural resources to be taken into consideration during the planning of federally funded, permitted, and mandated projects. ACI services also comply with Florida Statue 267 and 373 and Chapter 1A-46 of the Florida Administrative Code. Our services also follow Florida Division of Historic Resources’ (FDHR) Module Three, Guidelines for Use by Historic Preservation Professionals. ACI is familiar with various county and city ordinances requiring cultural resource assessment and we tailor our services to meet those needs.
